Externalities - No country met WHO air quality standards in 2021

A salutory report from the World Health Organisation: not a single country meet its air quality standards, with only 3.4% of cities surveyed met the standard, and 93 cities saw hazardous particles that were 10 times above the recommended level.
Interestingly, China's relative position worsened - dropping from 14th to 22nd on the WHO list.
