Disney and Warner to bundle streaming services

Bundling is a common feature in some markets, where there's complementarity such as broadband and TV subscription packages, mobile phones and network charges and so on. However, it's rare for separate companies to opt for a joint venture to do this.

However, this is what Disney and Warner Bros are opting to do, believing that they offer different services, and hoping that by bundling they can persuade the marginal consumer to buy a 'package' that increases their revenues, in the hope of remaining competitive against streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.
