Coursera module: Behavioural Economics

Bob Hindle

1st December 2014

Colleagues who have used Coursera [www.coursera.org] may have noticed there are some new options available in economics. Some are at undergraduate level but others aim to provide a short introduction to new areas of thinking.

In this short video, Dan Ariely, author of Predictably Irrational, introduces a free module from Duke University in Behavioural Economics. This is of course new to the A level spec for 2015/16.

The course covers a range of topics, including psychology, irrationality and labour economics and starts soon.
