Could Cyprus economic recession be nearing its end?

Cyprus has recently received a credit rating upgrade, following the positive outlook of its public finances and its return to positive growth figures, after a prolonged recession following the events of March 2013, where depositors were imposed a haircut on their deposits - the so called bail-in.
