COP27 - Does it go far enough?

The Economist take on COP27, with the environment editor summing up the state of play.
First, the positives: an acceptance of the issue of loss and damage, and the need for compensation for the most vulnerable; recognition of the need to reform of financial markets to support climate change targets.
And then the negatives, the loss of momentum as regards previously agreed targets. I hate to say it - it's always likely to be this way - given the incentives and lack of accountability involved.
One of the key areas where there's been significant global progress is in trying to shift the emphasis in global finance towards climate change and extreme weather events. Here, Mark Carney - remember him - looks at how the World Economic Forum has started to make progress in this area.
