Cleaning firm challenges zero hours and low pay culture

A heartwarming story about a church-backed company that is bucking the trend for zero-hours contracts and the gig economy.
This represents a new business model and I, for one, hope it succeeds: it's re-distributing income away from the entrepreneur responsible for launching the company in favour of the workers, and I happen to think that's fair.
