Chinese Economic Reform - An Overview

These are pivotal times for the Chinese economy. Structural reforms of their institutions, labour and financial markets are high on the agenda of the Chinese government and many of them are seen as essential for the country to successfully transition to a more balanced and sustainable growth and development pathway.
I have listened in to a number of really interesting webinars and seminars on the Chinese economy recently and the notes below provide an overview of some of the key elements of the Chinese reform programme.
