Businesses trial a four-day working week for thousands of employees

Is the four-day week the future? Not for teachers, I suspect but the biggest ever trial of the four-day week is being launched in the UK.
Researchers are keen to see how it impacts productivity.
Of course, Keynes thought that by now productivity would be such that we'd have a five day weekend and two day working week: he explored the idea in his essay "Economic Possibilities for Our Grandchildren"
