Business Objectives - Octopus Energy Ditches Profit to support Customers

The CEO of Octopus Energy – one of the relatively new suppliers in the UK retail energy market – claims that “We could have made a profit but now’s not the time - instead we chose to absorb £150 million of escalating costs on behalf of customers through prices and support funds, debt forgiveness and increased service’.
