Amsterdam embraces the doughnut economic model

There has been much interest in a decision of the city authorities in Amsterdam to embrace Kate Raworth's doughnut model of sustainable growth.
The Doughnut model explained in a best-selling book argues that the main the goal of economic activity should be about meeting the core needs of all but within the means of the planet.
