All you can drink?

The Social Development Minister of Northern Ireland, Mr Nelson McCausland has confirmed today, he is banning fixed price promotions of alcohol. This now means the end of the 'all you can drink' cheap nights out in Belfast and the rest of the Northern Ireland province.
