A Great Way to Revise for Synoptic Paper 3

Ruth Tarrant

9th December 2016

Here's the first in a new series of revision materials designed to help Year 13 A Level Economics students to develop the skills and confidence needed for the new A Level synoptic Paper 3.

Each short synoptic case study in this set of 5 "place mat" resources explores a different industry or economic scenario, and asks students to answer a series of questions drawing on their knowledge of both microeconomics and macroeconomics

This makes each perfect for revision and essential for developing the skills and confidence needed for the new A level synoptic Paper 3.

Each Synoptic Revision Mat is designed to be printed ideally onto A3, and is accompanied by a set of suggested solutions so that students can check their own work

The five scenarios covered by this series of Synoptic Revision Mats are:

  • Financial Crisis
  • Housing Market
  • Unemployment in Spain
  • Automotive Industry
  • Fishing Industry
