Luke Johnson in the Financial Times considers his experience of working with entrepreneurs. It is an interesting article because he looks at the traditional entrepreneur who may not have had academic success but had the traits of drive, common sense and intuition. He then compares these traditional entrepreneurs to the entrepreneurial types within large institutions who seem to have relied on over complex business models and the results are clear to see today!
