Videos to support GCSE Edexcel Business Break Even, Margin of Safety and Profit

I recently made these simple YouTube videos so that my students could go over break-even, margin of safety and profit at home.

I set both my classes a homework to watch the videos and attempt the questions I set at the end and hand them in for me to check. As I'm sure many colleagues appreciate, some students are more conscientious with homework than others (!) but I noticed in the half-term assessment that those who did it generally nailed the calculations in their assessment whilst those that had not completed it before the assessment struggled.

I like using these because students can watch them as frequently as they like. If they feel confident enough they can skip past my mini-lesson and do the questions at the end. If they need to they can pause and rewind as much as they like. Therefore it differentiates to support students who need more guidance (and perhaps a more challenging task can be set for those who feel confident).

So I thought I'd share them here for colleagues to use in class, as homework or as a revision resource for students.
