U6th IB Economists

Jim Riley

21st March 2011

I will, in just over a week’s time, be saying goodbye to my U6th IB Economists as they head off for their Easter break and preparation for their final papers. Over the coming days and weeks I will be making a regular series of postings to help students with this revision process.

It is my intention to revisit areas of the syllabus that cause students difficulty and those areas that make regular appearances in the three papers at Higher Level, two at Standard. I also hope to outline suggested answers to past exam questions and post a variety of exam based quizzes. As always I am open to your suggestions and if there are areas you would like me to cover in these ‘revision postings’ then do please let me know.

Alongside these postings I will also be blogging about the new syllabus that goes ‘live’ to L6th IB economists in September (first exams May 2013). I will be doing some work on the new spec over the Easter break.
