Toyota UK fights back with tv & Youtube advertising campaign on quality

Several months on from the horrendous problems of product recalls around the globa, car manufacturer Toyota has just launched a new TV advertising campaign (“My Toyota”) which focuses on quality assurnace. The message is very simple - Toyota employees take quality very seriously - they make it personal. The aim - to reassure customers and reestablish the brand’s reputation…

The short TV ad is shown below.

There are also a series of slightly longer mini-interviews with Toyota UK staff who explain their role in the quality processes at Toyota’s Burnaston factory in Derbyshire. An example is provided further below:
