A superb piece in the Telegraph contains the full version (including images) of what many are calling the best customer complaint they have seen…

Here is the link to the complaint.

It describes in grusome detail the experiences of a customer on a Virgin Atlantic flight somewhere in the Far East. Hilarious and cutting at the same time. The complainer was then personally called by Sir Richard Branson. You can only imagine what he might have said.

A classic resource for anyone teaching or studying customer service.
