Hundreds of applicants are expected for a job where the main criteria for the job will be the ability of the job applicant to scare the living-daylights out of the interviewer…

This would made a nice starter / stimulus resource for a lesson on recruitment - particulary the need for job applicants to meet the requirements of the person specification. Instead of a traditional interview, the main part of the selection process will be an audition. Scary stuff…
