Another merger on the cards: Reckitt-Benckiser, the conglomerate, is looking to add US baby formula manufacturer, Mead Johnson.
It's classic conglomerate merger territory: adding to the Reckitt-Benckiser portfolio of brands, with the Mead Johnson share of the Asian baby formula market.
