Multinational Hotel Chains Take Action to Reduce Plastic Waste

A good example here of a multinational business responding to changes in its external environment - in this case the growing consumer backlash against plastic waste.
Following on from similar action by IHG (another global hotel operator) Marriott, the world's largest hotel chain, is eliminating travel-sized toiletries to reduce plastic waste by nearly a third.
"This is a journey which does not have a final destination," CEO Arne Sorenson says, in this useful video interview, of the company's sustainability goals
