Is Uber a positive force for change?

These are difficult times for Uber. Their business culture has come under serious criticism and the Founder and CEO Travis Kalanick has left as their public image has suffered and investors have taken action.
In this FT discussion, the big question asked is whether the Uber business model fundamentally flawed because it is built on aggression and treading on people's toes. The growing army of critics argues that Uber is pushing regulatory limits to extremes and perhaps opening the market for rivals who have a kinder approach.
