How small businesses can compete - attack is the best form of defence

I like this article, published today on the excellent SMEWeb…

Small businesses have to be quick and flexible to compete against often larger and better established and resourced competitors. In an economic slowdown, the temptation for SMEs is to defend. But the article quite rightly points out that the best form of defence is usually attack.

Some really useful points made in the article which would benefit any student wanting to build his/her understanding of the competitive strategies that small businesses can adopt to prosper.
