Gallery of Entrepreneurs

The first lesson of the year with any group is always difficult – usually by the time I get to know their names, hand out the textbooks and go over the course outline we are all in need of a fun activity.
I have adapted the ‘Gallery of Economics’ resource I received on a WOW! Economics course and produced the ‘Gallery of Entrepreneurs’.
There are 20 entrepreneurs featured and students need to write down a) their name and b) what they are known for (with a point for each correct answer and a prize for the top scorer).This will lend itself to an interesting research based homework activity where I plan to allocate each of the students an entrepreneur to research and create a factsheet for the noticeboards.
