Flexible Organisations | Same Pay for Fewer Days Looks Like a Winner

The results of a 6-month trial of a shorter working week by app-based bank Atom are in - and its looks like everyone is a winner!
Sky Business news reports here on how Atom Bank set up a trial scheme whereby employees could move from 37.5 hours spread over five working days oper week to 34 hours spread across four days for the same salary.
Management at Atom report trial had been
"overwhelmingly positive" for employees, improving productivity and job satisfaction. Recruiting and retaining staff was easier, and there was no negative impact on customer service ratings".
Could this be the future for other businesses and organisations?
