If you're tempted to behave in an unruly manner on a Hong Kong Airlines flight - watch out. You may get more than you bargained for...
It can't be pleasant having to deal with airline passengers who misbehave. So cabin crew staff need a range of skills to draw on when handling unruly people.
A neat, short example here, of how Hong Kong Airlines is using training to add to those skills. Cabin crew are being trained in martial arts.
So, be careful next time you ask for that vegetarian option when you hadn't pre-ordered it, or a spare packet of nuts...
