Creating a motivational workplace

When it’s summer, the office or classroom looks less and less inviting as the outdoors calls to us. It’s also a Business Studies classic discussion topic: designing an effective work place and contemplating the office of the future. Then there are attempts to motivate people with a wacky workplace. I’ve come across a new video clip to bring this story up-to-date.

The BBC video clip takes us back to Inside Google’s lair. The approach of the report is less focussed on gimmicks and asks instead what Google is hoping to achieve with its workplace initiatives.
