Challenge Apple, They Deliver

Today I visited the largest Apple store in the world in Covent Garden in London. You can find out more about the store here.

This was my first experience of the Apple retail offering and I was mightily impressed by the service I received. My request was a straightforward one - a demonstration of the new MacBook Air. Compare this with the more unusual requests in the video clip below. A great source to use with students to generate discussions of customer service, marketing and USPs. Anyone for pizza?
