Can you take a goat into an Apple store?

Having been to Apple stores in New York and London, I can say (from my limited experience) that the customer service is like no other retail shops that I have been to - the employees have been knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They are also happy for you to just hang out and play with the gadgets. But are there limits to what you can do in an Apple store?

Mark Malkoff set out to test these limits with his “Apple Store Challenge” and the youtube video above records his exploits. Of course Apple stores are rich in business theory and it is amazing how the stores have become tourist destinations in their own right, and have even got to the stage where fake stores are popping up in China.

Some topic ideas that could be based around Apple Stores include channels of distribution and a number of facets of the HR topic such as job descriptions and specifications, motivation and management styles.
