BUSS4 and Planning your Answer

BUSS4 consists of two distinct parts; Section A and Section B. In Section A you have a choice of two essay questions and in Section B you have a choice of 3. Each essay is worth 40 marks and you need to choose one from each section making the paper out of 80 marks. The length of the paper is 1 hour 45 minutes. Working on a minute a mark this means you have 25 minutes planning and preparation time.

Planning and preparation, more often than not, is the difference between a good essay and a reasonable one (remember that to reach the top levels you only need to demonstrate good application, analysis and evaluation).
