A quick follow up to yesterday's blog about cars with gardens under the bonnet: authorities in Madrid are looking for ways of reducing CO2 emissions and improving the air quality in the city, and have selected a plan to plant gardens on the roofs of buses and bus shelters to reduce pollution.
