BBC Business Studies Bitesize upgraded for the new GCSEs

A while ago the BBC contacted me and offered large amounts of licence-fee-payers money to rewrite the Business Studies Section of the GCSE Bitesize web site. With children to support at university it seemed churlish, almost rude, to refuse

So imagine my horror when in attempt to correct market failure the BBC Board of Governors called a halt to the BBC’s web ambitions in education and pulled, for example, Jam. I thought my words would never see the light of day.

However, a chance Google search has revealed that the upgraded Business Bitesize material has now been through an editor’s hands and is now up and running. The notes are tailored to the rigours of the new GCSE syllabus including a new batch of self test questions and BBC selected revision videos.

The even better news is that in the whole exercise has persuaded me to write a new set of GCSE Business Studies Q&As for Tutor2U, specifically
