This Channel4 news video explains how the US Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Apple and five publishers over a conspiracy to fix retail prices of eBooks, which it claims ‘drove up e-book prices virtually overnight’. Three of the publishers involved have held their hands up and decided to settle - but that still leaves the others.
