This goes on to evaluate the conditions that certain countries must adhere to in order to receive aid payments. I like to like this into the evaluation argument, is it more about economics or politics and try to get students to mention key stakeholders at this point. Setting a prep such as 'How can political instability hinder economic development'. You can also bring in some ToK on this topic easily going on to discuss the moral argument.
