Aid - Rwanda

A lovely discussion article to discuss after watching this clip when teaching Aid. I like to link this into institutional factors and why the lack of, can hinder economic development and growth. This goes on to evaluate the conditions that certain countries must adhere to in order to receive aid payments. I like to like this into the evaluation argument, is it more about economics or politics and try to get students to mention key stakeholders at this point. Setting a prep such as 'How can political instability hinder economic development'. You can also bring in some ToK on this topic easily going on to discuss the moral argument.
