Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple and secure. Schools and Colleges can take advantage of our "Invoice with Order" payment option. Please note that our payment terms are 14 days from receipt of goods. Please ensure that you quote our full invoice reference number on all remittance advices.

Schools and Colleges should note that Tutor2u Limited reserves the right to exercise our legal right to claim interest on amounts that remain overdue beyond our standard payment terms of 14 days from receipt of goods. In line with UK law, interest on overdue invoices will be calculated daily at the Bank of England base rate plus 8 per cent. So if the base rate is 4 per cent, Tutor2u Limited will, in certain circumstances charge interest at 12 per cent.

Personal customers may wish to pay by credit card, debtit card or PayPal. For credit and debit cards. we use Netbanx to process your payment. When you are ready to checkout, click on "Order" and Netbanx will handle all payment details. When complete, we will be notifed of your order by Netbanx and will then send you the files on CD-ROM. The same procedure applies for payment by PayPal. Please note: email distribution is no longer available due to security and copyright issues.
Shipping And Handling Prior to checkout, a postage charge will be added to your invoice based on the combined weight of the CD-ROMs ordered. We ship all products via First Class Mail (Air Mail for overseas orders)
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours following confirmation of receipt of payment (or purchase order for schools and colleges using the "Invoice with Order" payment option). We send all resources by First Class Post. We send you the material on a CD-ROM. All tutor2u materials are published in PDF format. You will need a recent version ofthe free Adobe Reader (download from www.adobe.com) to be able to view these files.
Tax Charges tutor2u™ products are standard-rated and are subject to VAT at 17.5% except for paper-printed resources which are zero-rated.

Returns Policy Due to the nature of our digital resources, we do not offer any refunds for any materials purchased from us. If you have received damaged merchandise such as a faulty CD-ROM, then we will ship another CD Free of charge. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
